Currently, he is involved in providing advanced telecommunication solutions to global companies doing business in Latin America. Juan Carlos speaks fluently in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Juan Carlos is married to a Brazilian wife. He has family in Venezuela and often travels to the country. At present time he works and lives in Virginia, United States of America.

Juan Carlos Paz grew up in Venezuela. Since the early years he enjoyed sports and the team spirit surrounding sports activities. Major baseball games are always enjoyable events in Venezuela; and baseball has always provided inspiration and courage to kids throughout the country.

Juan Carlos holds an Electrical Engineer degree from the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela. He complemented his education in the United States, completing a dual Master in Business Administration degree in General Management and Finance from the University of New Mexico. Shortly after graduation, he started working for a multinational company in the area of telecommunications. Juan Carlos has held several important positions in various business divisions, including an overseas assignment in Brazil, where he worked and lived for about 4 years.
